At Gecko Yoga, we are passionate about ongoing yoga education. We understand just how important it is for yoga teachers to keep up to date with new methods and research in yoga, adding more strings to their teaching bow.

From yoga for sports to mindfulness courses for teens and therapeutic yoga for all ages, we offer a diverse range of talks, classes and workshops to yoga enthusiasts at all stages of their practice.

We are also able to create bespoke workshops to suit specific needs and target groups. We believe yoga, and all its philosophies and practices, has the power to benefit everyBODY or every ability.
