As Spring firmly takes hold of the Northern Hemisphere, at Gecko Yoga Academy we are gearing up for a Summer full of yoga, education, and personal improvement.
This full schedule of yoga in Hong Kong includes Yoga Teacher Trainings, as well as yoga classes and yoga seminars. This is a great source of pride for Gecko Yoga as it was just this time last year that we first opened the doors to our central Hong Kong Yoga Studio!
It has been an incredible year for the Gecko Yoga Academy and we are so happy to have this yoga space to call ‘home’.

June 1st Yoga for Schools Workshop
As part of our Children’s Yoga Teacher Training, we have a Yoga for Schools Module. This part of the course concerns how yoga can assist in not only strengthening the body and mind, but also tone the nervous system and energise the mind to assist with learning. If you work with children, in a classroom or other settings, this course will be highly beneficial to you and the kids you work with.

June 6th Restorative Yoga Teacher Training
We are incredibly excited to begin offering a brand new yoga education experience to help you with your Continuous Professional Development with the Yoga Alliance. The Restorative Yoga Teacher Training is a full day immersion course, aimed at giving you the tools you need to share the power of restorative yoga with your own students.

June 16th Asia Yoga Conference Family Yoga Class
Founder Jenny Smith is excited to be hosting another family yoga session at this year’s Asia Yoga Conference at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre! This will be the fifth year that Jenny and her family have been bringing community family yoga to Asia’s leading yoga and wellness conference. Come join us, learn and celebrate the power of yoga.

June 18th Early Bird pricing ends for our 200hr and 95hr teacher training courses
We have two Yoga Teacher Training Courses starting in August 2019 and June 18th is the last day you can book a place on the trainings at the early bird price!
On August 23rd we will begin the weekend modular training for our 200hr Spectrum of Care Yoga Teacher Training. The early bird price for this fully certified Yoga Teacher Training course is HK$26,888. The full price, after June 18th, will be HK$29,888.
On August 30th we will begin the weekend modular training for our 95hr Children’s Yoga Teacher Training. The early bird price for this fully certified Yoga Teacher Training course is HK$16,888. The full price, after June 18th, will be HK$19,888.
